MPPOA enforces parking sticker regulations through towing of vehicles parked overnight without a valid sticker from the current fiscal year.
The towing company that patrols the park overnight only checks for Madison Park parking stickers — they do not cross check license plates and have not been provided with that information. The Board and Parking Committee volunteers do not attempt to contact vehicle owners overnight.
If a vehicle is parked in the roadway overnight, it must have a valid Madison Park parking sticker posted on the passenger side of the front windshield, or it risks being towed. There is no grace period for new residents.
The MPPOA does not receive any revenue from the towing company, the fees the company collects are the incentive to provide the regular patrol service. MPPOA is unable to reimburse vehicle owners for any towing or storage fees.
MPPOA's towing vendor is Rendered Services, Inc., and can be contacted at (773)927-8888 if you believe your vehicle may have been towed.
